Results
The New York City Hospitality Alliance
Thanks to Affila Group´s business intelligence capabilities, we assisted the Hospitality Alliance in identifying 4,525 food and beverage establishments in 49 strategic zip codes around NYC. The data included accurate information about these businesses, which was later used by the Alliance to expand their outreach within this zip codes. The Alliance was able to form new relationships, develop new ways to strengthen their advocacy, and grow their membership.
Bollinger Motors
Bollinger Motors, a pioneer in electric truck manufacturing, unveiled its inaugural electric truck prototype in 2017 after extensive development. Guided by strategic insight, The Affila Group assisted Bollinger Motors with their go-to market strategies. Through targeted connections and data analysis, Bollinger developed relationships with prominent fleet managers and owners around in strategic markets, the collaboration facilitated the business relationships with national and international companies.
New York Community College Trustees & New York Community College Association of Presidents
The Affila Group has represented all 30 SUNY community colleges in the state of New York during the state budget process. Form fiscal year 2024, we negociated with the Hochul administration to amend proposed policies that were not beneficial to the colleges . We successfully maintained the Funding Floor, which will provide approximately $416 million in funding for SUNY community colleges, ensuring consistent funding compared to the previous year. Additionally, we secured an extra $8 million for operating assistance, ensuring additional support on top of the $416 million for higher education in our state.
Citizens Committee for NYC
Citizens Committee for New York City is one of the nation´s oldest micro-funding organizations. They provide support to community leaders leading changes in their neighborhoods by providing grants to community groups.
The Affila Group represented Citizens Committee for NYC, and lobbied councilmembers in the city of New York and secured $396,000 thousands dollars in years 2022 to 2023. During the same period, The Affila Group represented Citizens Committee for NYC, and lobbied state senators and assemblymembers to secure over $1 million dollars (2022-2023) for operating expenses.
