Our CEO

Andres Pazmino, originally from Ecuador, moved to NYC at 18 and developed a passion for politics and entrepreneurship. He has been actively involved in city and state political campaigns, and also founded tech companies focused on cybersecurity. With The Affila Group, Andres leverages his experience and expertise to support growth-oriented companies, helping them navigate their business challenges and make a positive impact on their communities.

The name "Affila" reflects our core values and approach. Derived from the Spanish word afilar (to sharpen), it symbolizes our precision and focus, cutting through the noise to deliver what truly matters. It also speaks to our role as a partner, inspired by the word "affiliate."
